It’s been unusually dark and rainy today…
and I got a little cold here sitting at my desk.
So I made what has been my favorite warm drink this winter, which is ginger and lemon tea.
Very simple and fast, I do it this way: I make some water boiling, add ginger slices (I put about 4 per cup) and leave them in the water for at least five minutes. Then I remove them and add lemon juice (I put half a big lemon per cup). Done. I love its taste, it’s very fresh.
Plus, even if I’m out of herbal tea bags, these two ingredients are always available in my house, so, when I feel like drinking something warm, this is a handy and practical solution.
It’s perfect in a rainy day!! I do the same thing now! 🙂
