Making sandwiches for today’s hike…
Today we’re going for a hike on the snow and I’m taking along these simple but tasty sandwiches. It’s so easy to make good vegan sandwiches, all it takes is good ingredients. Here I’ve got some black bread from the nearby bakery (the best one in the world), some tofu, black olives spread and my beloved “radicchio di Treviso”, my favourite winter local salad. Let’s go!
