Salty sweet potatoes

I love sweet potatoes! Recently, I’ve been doing this salty version of them…

I just cut them in quite small pieces, add salt (I use herbal salt, which I think gives more taste), EVO (enough so they get all greazy) and my favourite herbs (I like rosemary with potatoes). I put them in the oven at 200 C or 400 F for about 45 minutes and I taste if they are tender enough. Tonight, I added some veggies too, as I had to finish up some swiss chards (NOT the leaves, ONLY the stalks, which are thick). So, I cut them in pieces and added to the potatoes just for the last 15 minutes in the oven. Tasty and very simple.
