Crispy cauliflower

This easy recipe has been my new-entry for this winter…
A friend suggested it to me and I’ve been doing it a lot. It’s very, very easy to make, all it takes is a bit of time to cook in the oven. So:
put the whole cauliflower for 5 minutes in boiling salty water (just like for pasta). Later, tap it with EVO, salt and pepper and put it in the oven for about 50 minutes (for a large cauliflower) at a medium-high temperature (200° C or 400° F) until it’s toasty and crispy on the outside. It tastes delicious.
