The sweetest thing

Lazy Saturday, the cloudy weather pushed me to stay home, so I decided to get creative and make a little weekend treat…

Very easy, this is basically a small pastry cup filled with some hot chocolate. I just made some (vegan) short pastry, shaped into an espresso cup, then shaped the remaning pastry into a “lid” and put everything in the owen. When the pastry was ready, I left it cool down and meanwhile I made some hot chocolate. Let that cool down a bit too, then just poured it into the cup and served. The pastry actually came out a little thicker then I wanted, but still pretty good.
